Do you live in the Murchison Shire? We want to reward your loyalty with the Local Loyalty Scheme.

The Local Loyalty Scheme provides discounts on products and services delivered at the Roadhouse with the exception of accommodation and caravan park site charges, fuel, cigarettes and tobacco, power cards and any other aspect that the Chief Executive Officer from time to time may determine should be excluded.

Eligibility requirements. You must meet one of the below criteria.

• Be a permanent resident living and residing within the Shire
• Be a volunteer directly engaged with the operations of Council and that from time to time may reside within the Settlement
• Be Shire staff or an immediate family member permanently residing in the Murchison Settlement.

To apply please fill out the application form below and your ID can be uploaded to be checked by a Murchison Shire staff member. Hardcopy forms are also available from the Shire office once complete they will need to be returned to the Shire office with your ID. Please note that applications will take 2 working days to be processed. Once approved the member card will be issued and you will be contacted.

Local Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and charges discount (Prices) under this Local Loyalty Scheme apply to goods and services as provided by Council with fees and % discounts as from time to time determined by Council.

2. Local Loyalty Scheme discounts at the Roadhouse shall apply to all products and services delivered at the Roadhouse other than those specifically exempted.

3. Products and services exempted from this Local Loyalty Scheme are detailed as follows.

   • Accommodation and caravan park site charges

   • Fuel

   • Cigarettes and tobacco

   • Power cards

   • Any other aspect that the Chief Executive Officer from time to time may determine should be excluded.

4. The following persons shall be eligible to access the Local Loyalty Scheme under operations of the Roadhouse

   • Shire staff plus immediate family members permanently residing in the Murchison Settlement.

   • Volunteers directly engaged with the operations of Council and that from time to time may reside within the Settlement

   • Permanent residents living and residing within the Shire

   • Any other person that from time-to-time Council may choose to consent to.

5. All purchases are for the sole use of the relevant person as defined under clause 4 or immediate family member and not for any other individual or group

6. The use of this Loyalty Card is as a privilege and not a right.

7. Eligible members must register via application and agree to be bound by any conditions applicable to the use.

8. A card will be issued to each person whose application is successful and be valid for the period as determined by Council.

9. Members accessing the loyalty discount shall activate the scheme by producing the loyalty card at the Roadhouse. If requested by staff an identification document must be produced.

10. No discount will be applied without production of the loyalty card and if required, a personal identification document being produced.

11. At any stage during the life of the use of the scheme the Chief Executive Officer may vary the conditions of use including cancelling the card at his / her discretion for whatever reason.

12. The Murchison Shire reserves the right to revoke or decline an individual's access to the Local Loyalty Scheme if the above conditions have not been met or have been breached previously.

13. Potential extension to other aspects of Councils operation are subject to separate Council determination
